Meet The Director

Bianca Gemmill, Director and building designer at BCG on the Gold Coast
BIANCA
GEMMILL

Bianca began her career across large-scale commercial developments, working alongside major property developers on complex, multi-consultant projects. That background shaped the discipline behind BCG and the move into residential design in 2015. 

The transition to residential was driven by a simple ambition: designing homes that genuinely reflect the way families live. From day one, Bianca kept the studio deliberately boutique to maintain total oversight on every build.

She leads each project, combining the structural rigour of commercial development with the care custom homes demand. It’s why builders, certifiers, and repeat clients trust the studio to design and deliver without compromise.

Every home begins with an idea. It's thoughtful design that turns that idea into a place you genuinely love living in.
